An American Dinner in Brazil

We've been inviting small groups of people to our apartment to serve them an American dinner. Everyone here has been so generous and we have had dinner many times at their homes. Today we fixed salisbury steak, mashed potatoes, and I made applesauce. They don't have many canned fruits or vegetables here, most all is fresh. I added a little sugar and canela (cinnamon) to the applesauce and they really liked that. Pictured from the head of the table clockwise, Antonio, Divina, Eziekel, me, and Gloria. We had Sister Gerber and Sister Correa sit at the kid's table!
